As a result of the custom creation process of each one of our products, returns or exchanges must be preapproved. Should your product be damaged during shipping, please reach out to our customer service, via our contact page, and we’ll be happy to assist you!
In the event you submit photos or videos to us, and we are unable to process your order you will receive a full refund.
